Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) Awakening
Raspberry and leather, moderately sour with a lemony tartness. I'm getting a mysterious note of the sea on the nose, but no salinity. Light bodied and very bubbly. The Funk is quite noticeable, but it has been aged for a year too.

Brown bread and biscuit with notes of prune, toffee, raisins, black licorice and sherry. It has an assertive bitterness that lingers after each sip. Full bodied, sweet and flavourful.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Awakening
Rich dark chocolate, roasty coffee beans, sweet maple, toasted oak with notes of caramel and vanilla. Finishes with a smooth hit of bourbon. This is a fantastic beer and it's gotten better with age. Breaks my heart it's not made anymore.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Awakening
Sour, slightly woody and funky aroma with hints of apricot and honey. Subtle biscuity malt flavour, citrus, wood and wine vinegar. Notes of pear and apricot with a touch of leather. Sour, complex and dry. Thumbs up!
