Classic Gueuze (2022)

That unmistakably big tart sourness reminiscent of sharp stone fruit. Oaky funk, incredible complexity. A special beer indeed. This one was nearly 2 years in the bottle. Wish I had another for aging!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio

What a fool I was 6 years ago. I love this sherbety, funky beauty and really appreciate its legacy.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)

Chocolate, coffee, plenty of bourbon booziness. I feel like the maple didn’t come through as strongly as I remembered previously but it manages to find a balance of sweetness without going overboard.

Oude Geuze Boon

Why have I never had this before and why is the rating so astonishingly low on Untappd? Such a huge complexity of flavour; dry, sour, fruity, vinous, woody with a green hop character to boot. Incredible deep funky sourness without being puckering or acetic

Kriek Boon

A deep cherry flavour without being overly sweet.

Do Stuff Together

Nice tropical aroma, a little thin and tame perhaps but bears the main characteristics of the style.
