The nose is amazing. Pretty fucking good for 20 years. Musty and the lacto is present. Hint of oak barrels.

Bourbon on the nose. Very smooth with a bit of warmth on the finish. Not getting much chocolate now. Much more malty flavors now.

Unfortunately, this stout has turned downward. Not as good as it once was. It has been 7 years. Not a drain pour. Just not what it once was.

Namaste White Brissette

Big coriander and Belgian yeast character. It’s not something I’d gravitate to.

Another one from the pack. It delivered the peach.

Variety pack. Haven’t had DFH in a long time. Meh, not missing too much.

120 Minute IPA (2008) Brissette

Still as amazing as always. You gotta drink it eventually.

Rübæus (2013) Brissette

In the WAY back in the fridge. Not a ton of carbonation. Rich raspberry flavor. This is exceptional with this amount of age.

Solid Gold Brissette

Not bad… it’s non offensive.
