Maybe IPAs do turn into barleywines eventually. Unfortunately the balance was all off after time in the cellar. Maple is gone. Bitterness really took the front seat but there was a barleywine hint of malt sweetness 3.79

French Toast Bastard 2023

Don’t buy much non IPAs because too many in the cellar but love the backwoods bastard had to try this and not disappointed. So much cinnamon on the nose and the maple syrup is major punch on the palate. Incredible scotch ale. 4..60

Amazing. The OG breakfast. So much roastiness and coffee flavors.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Very good. Definitely the fudgiest beer I’ve had. Reminds me of taking a bite of fudge from the mall. Touch thin and would like more barrel flavors as well as maple syrup. Still a true dessert beer. 4.33
