2016 KBS vs 2015 Big Bad Baptist. I would have bet it on Epic. But KBS crushes it. Takes at least 5 years to mellow. And 6 years… damn that’s good

Baklava right before likely mis-calibrated my palate. More field research is necessary.

Good but pretty cloying - could probably up the ABV 3 points and dial down the raspberry by half.
