Grand Cru Bruocsella Brut (2016) Chao

Pleasant take on bruocsella. Don't get as much crazy blue cheese on this. More balanced oak, funk, minerality, and carb to lighten up the mouthfeel. Thanks Greg R.

4.3 - lacking quite a bit on the nose. Medium acidity, some cherry pie but surprisingly low. Somewhat sharp and singular.

This is great. Mild acidity, delicious funk on the nose and palate. Lemon, oak, delicate, great body. Dusty lambic tones. Thank you Greg R.

Tart, candied perfume apricots, could use a bit more fruit. Funky phenols on the nose and palate.
