Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2007)
A scrapbook entry from 06/06/2011. I’ve always been a fan. 🍻

Another scrapbook entry from; this from 27/08/2011. I said fresh out the bottle it’s all sour and horse blanket, give it some air and the sour develops notes of lemon and the farmyard mellows. I loved it!

A scrapbook entry from 27/08/2011. I said it was pretty bland and didn’t deserve the 2007 world beer award the bottle said it won.

A scrapbook entry from 03/09/2011. I loved this. Raspberry flavour but no sweetness at all nicely wrapped up with a touch of good old Cantillon horse blanket! 🍻

From my beer scrapbook 02/02/12. I loved it and thought the raspberry fruit was fab.

From my beer scrapbook in 17/02/2012. Back then it was 16.5%. I said that the first sip was bitter chocolate and coffee but with a smooth syrupy texture. A long lingering bitter aftertaste.

From a scrapbook entry on 09/08/2012. I said it had a definite Smokey coffee in there and though complex enough to be really interesting it was easy enough on the palate to quaff at will.
