Roasty goodness with subtle vanilla and coffee, though a bit too bitter for me to be over the moon with it. For what it is, it's awesome.

Light and crispy, tastes a bit like margarita which is nice but the flavor leaves me wanting a little something more.

Chocolate Cherry KBS Johnson

A classic KBS with some light cherry at the start and a strong and bitter coffee/chocolate finish. Not my favorite variant, but it's still god damned good.

4 Giants IPA Johnson

For an IPA, it's pretty good. Not offensively hoppy, with nice imperial vibes

Sweet and spicy, took me time to understand it. It comes out to be a unique and tasty fruit beer that tastes a bit like one of my favorite wing sauces.

Smooth and sweet, leaves a pleasant malty aftertaste. Pretty good.

A beautifully colored, strong, boozy brew that drinks like a scotch. A nice sipper that starts off smooth and then gives a wonderful bite of bitterness and flavor.

KBS Hazelnut Johnson

Comes on strong with the hazelnut and mellows out into bitter chocolatey goodness that sticks with you for a looooong time. The flavor just lingers in the back of your mouth way after the sip. It's beautiful.

Frootwood (2021) Johnson

Sweet cherry hits with a barrel aged finish, very smooth and drinkable, delicious.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Johnson

The flavor notes are great, but it's too sweet for my taste. Still a great beer, but my least favorite KBS variant so far.

The grapefruit flavor comes on STRONG and it is niiiiiice. Just like the prickly pear, the salty tequila notes smooth it out but it all comes together so well. Excellent.

Unapologetically fruity, with the tequila barrel notes and a hint of salt. Super smooth, super flavorful, super great beer.

Nemesis Johnson

A stout and an IPA mashed together. Not unpleasant, but a weird mishmash of flavors. A different brewery would really dick this up but Founders made it potable.
