8€ "mystery beer" from Juova — normal price 16,90€. The toffee-vanilla-chocolate combo is a bit of a hat-on-a-hat and results in a too sweet end product. Add some roastiness, put it in a barrel and you could have something great. Pretty good stuff still!

Old school West Coast. Malty, piney, resin, caramel, strong lingering bitterness. Heavy stuff!

"We told ChatGPT to make a classic west coast IPA. This is the result." Wouldn't be too worried about AI taking over the craft beer scene anytime soon 😄 Malty, craramel & resin notes, medium bitter finish. OK, but kinda meh.

#1000! Distinctive raspberry, quite sweet, lacking the sharp sourness I look for in a lambic. Good, but nothing special. Maybe #2000 will be better! 😄

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Sarasma
Chocolate, mellow coffee, maple syrup. Hint of roasty bitterness in the finish. Velvety smooth mouthfeel, alcohol very well hidden. Excellent.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Sarasma
Slight coffee flavour balanced by chocolatey notes. No bitterness from the coffee. Thick velvety mouthfeel, medium sweetness. Slight roastiness. Warming touch in the finish, but not boozy. Everything in perfect balance – not much to improve.
