Always thought Cantillon was too heavy handed with their entry beers, but it seems like that is fixed? Not too tart and not too funky. Really smooth mouthfeel. Apple juice -ish.

Remains my favorite entry Cantillon. Tart but the tartness works for the general theme. Refreshing af on a sunny afternoon. Perfect amount of raspberry, with a slight funk keeping it from being simple and boring.
