Very sour tasting but not sure if that’s because it’s aged out that’s the way it is fresh. I love the tartness and fruity taste. Paired with roast chicken and a great beer.

Very sour but improved after the first taste. Sitting in the beer cellar for six years. Uncorked it tonight to try it. Had a whole glass and liked it a lot by the end. Had it with Paul Bocuse’s Poulet au Vinaigre and wow what a great pairing!
