Today was a day that calls for a celebratory KBS! Pulled this one out from 2018, and man, what a great beer. Chocolaty enough that it makes me sneeze. Dark roast coffee and oaky, vanilla-tinged bourbon complete the tableau.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Podradchik

Forgot to post this the other night. Best enjoyed with a friend worth sharing this with. This beer has aged nicely. Smooth and good maple character. Dangerously easy to drink. See previous check-in for fuller description.

Nice and mellow booziness almost 3 years since bottling. I love this beer.
