French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) McElmon
Holy hell. This is so mapley, almost buttery, with just a hint of bourbon barrel in the finish. I love that it's a scotch ale base rather than a stout or a porter - makes it tastes like French toast instead of burnt French toast.

Autumn candy! Everything you'd ever want if you like things a little on the sweeter side. Bourbon barrel adds depth of flavor without making it taste boozy. Well done!

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge McElmon
Sweetness tempered by bourbon barrel. Maple minus the syrup. Chocolate and coffee. It's all three sweet, delicious flavors of maple chocolate fudge, but perfectly balanced out by bourbon barrel aging and coffee. Love this.
