KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Hayes
A strong barrel aged stout with a roasted malt mouth appeal that includes cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla. While there is a lot of sweetness going, it’s balanced with the bitterness of the dark roastiness. Heavy mouthfeel. At 12.2. %, be a mindful sipper.

One hell of a full bodied pumpkin ale w/ plenty of spice. Everything from sweet malts to spice to pumpkin are balance. Nothing is over powering. There is a tingle on the tongue & creamy, yet dry finish. The overall balance of the seasonal notes are nice.

A strong bourbon barrel aroma along with roasted coffee. The taste carries the expression coffee and chocolate. The bourbon makes a slight presence with its oakiness. It’s a heavy mouthfeel finishes bitter and a hint of chocolate sweetness.

A deep rich stout with loads of breakfast oriented flavors … cinnamon, vanilla and roasted cocoa. A bitter bite of dark chocolate comes into play balancing with a hint of sweetness. The sip plays out into a slight crisp finish.

A high octane coffee stout at 12% abv. Big dark malt and coffee roast. Some bourbon chocolate providing a Subtle sweetness. Nice balanced coffee bitterness. The coffee flavors have nice depth. Perfect after dinner sipper.

A creamy beer with caramel and medium roast coffee in the background. A pronounced vanilla and cocoa flavor come screaming to the party and are last to leave. A bit of spice lingers on the tongue. 8% abv heavy mouthfeel leaves a creamy texture.

Getting down to my ast few bottles. This one bottled 10/14/19. I’m going to miss it when I finish my last bottle which is so good on a chilly night.
