Frootwood (2021) lau

didn’t know it’s classified fruit beer. the cough syrup forward flavour hit first, slowly revealing the oak-iness undertones & immense cherry sweetness. glad tasted little of the supposed tartness, decent brew nevertheless, but not exactly my cup of tea.

Big Worster lau

very sharp & rough on the palate

caramel aroma.

Blow Out lau

light mango flavour, easy to drink.

Beer Geek Flat White lau

seems perfect serving temperature. syrupy body, great fried fruits flavours.

Rijke Herfstbok lau

pours clear caramel brown. lots of caramel sweetness, too artificial for my liking; ends with a punch of herbal bitterness. not my cup of tea. sure enough, there are some kind of syrup on ingredient list.

Porter lau

pours thick black, took a few seconds to foam up fully. thick syrupy body; deep, dark roasted malt flavours, ends with some charred-nutty bitterness. excellent porter/ stout. after 20% disct $6.56 via Bevy

Bean Geeks - Session Porter lau

opaque dark brown. smooth & creamy mouthfeel; distinct flavours of berries, dark chocolate & marmite. this is more like a “pastry stout” than Breakfast Club 2.0. @victorlicious553
