Super tasty, definitely get the paloma cocktail vibes, sweet but balanced, super fruity and zesty citrus, fun and very drinkable for the ABV.

Feels a touch light and very low on hops, but maybe I'm expecting too much for the style. Definitely pretty classic Oktoberfest notes here.

Aroma is big fresh raspberry. Taste is quite sweet, low carbonation, very subtle tartness. Would love this if it were more tart and carbonated to cut the sweetness.

Medium body, less than I'd expect for the ABV, a little bitter, a little boozy, spices, feels like a nice balanced BA winter warmer.

A little green and not as flavourful as I expected. Some tropical and stone fruit notes, nice balance.

Not as good as regular KBS but still great. Espresso is nice, somehow brings out a licorice flavour in it which is okay but detracts a little compared to standard KBS

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Thiessen
Was really hesitant to try this fresh, but glad I did. Sweet and boozy yet totally drinkable. Complex sweet dark fruits and oak on the nose showing the Utopias, rich chocolate underneath, boozy hotness, so looking forward to aging a few of these.

A gorgeous and classic RIS. Chocolate, subtle coffee, raisin and nuts with a huge thick body. Can't wait to see how this ages.
