Aroma: Huge huge hop blast then big citrus, mango, pine resin and herbal spiciness. Flavor: Huge hop hit & bitterness, orange zest, grapefruit like note and other citric hits, a good shot of pine on the finish.

American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA W.

Aroma: Fruity, graham/brown crackers, more tropical flesh and apricot than citrus and a big whiff of hops. Flavor: hops, mango, papaya, passionfruit with herbal, hay, land lemon grass. A awesome IPA for me!

Fou' Foune W.

Aroma: ons of fresh apricot, fruit leather, subtle barnyard funk, lemon acidity, hay, perfumed floral, mango, strawberry candy Flavors: Great balance between the lemony tartness and oaky astringency of the base lambics alongside the subtly apricots.

Blushing Monk (2020) W.

Aroma: Raspberries and vanilla perfection Flavor: he full raspberries fruit sweetness does a very fast fade, where the ripe off the vine fruit blast. A surprisingly good fruit beer.

Backwoods Bastard W.

Aroma: Brown sugar, vanilla, maple, and molasses. the breadiness underneath and then a whiff of booze. It's not overly sweet, maybe the 50 ibus mute with a stealthiness. A good beer

Double Trouble W.

Aroma is pine and citrus hops with a hint of caramel and spice. Flavor is a nice pine hop and works its way into a citrus with a slightly bitter finish. Overall I really enjoyed this beer. I enjoyed the balance between the hops and the malts.
