Bottled 05/14. Tons of oxidation, the hops are somehow still there but give off bitterness similar to pure cacao.

Wow. Complex flavors in this triple IPA. This ain’t no hazy. Malt flavors really balance this out when you think it may be too harsh.

Rich and complex. Bitter but more full bodied than a normal IPA. Merry friggin Christmas.

Happy to try this legendary IPA. Nose has ton of malt/bread notes with a huge resinous and grassy hop profile. Flavor is incredibly balanced with bready malts and hop notes of pine, citrus, and grassy vibes. Very drying and bitter, but not off-putting.

Another one that sat in the cellar for years. This had turned into something closer to a barleywine than an IPA. The carbonation was gone, so mostly still. The higher alcohols had definitely mellowed - interesting
