Such a surprise find today. A 2015 (back when it was still good). Age has done it well. Very smooth with a woody finish.

A good old brew with some new things added. The old, hard to get and unflavored KBS was great. This is ok

Wow. Delightfully smooth. Not boozy. Tastes like a rich candy. This is perfectly balanced.

As usual, the lovely stout ones through. The cinnamon overpowers the greatness underneath a wee bit.

Damnit KT, you took the bottle. This was good. Heavy vanilla and maple. A bit boozy. This too has been cellared for years. At least since 2018

Today was great day. And worth celebrating. A sry floral berry champagne. A metallic zing and funk nose. Finished like a raspberry hard candy. I must visit the brewery again.

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne - VAT 110 Mono Blend (2016)
Been sitting on this on. This is great. Champagne-ish but the Brett yeast comes through with its crispness and clean flavor of slight dried fruit and apple.

Wow. More than a brown ale. Boozy but nice. I feel some heat and molasses. Slight sweet coffee and toffee with roasted malty. Almost a warm peppery aftertaste

American Beauty Hazy Ripple IPA
Nice tropical fruit with an earth taste. Almost gritty, yet smooth and juicy. Another balance and easy drinking pale ale from these guys. Goes great with brats. Cheers

Decently light. Orange peel, dash of lemon and the coriander is evident. This is a pleasant wit. Cheers
