KBS Espresso (2021)

4.1 Classic roasty vanilla KBS base with extra oomph from very complimentary coffee and cocoa. A hint of roasted peppers in the coffee but mild, there is enough tasty roast and subtle bourbon barrel to make up for it. At 2.5 years this 12% is very smooth.

Camerise Lambic (2022)

Draft! 4.3 Fruit forward with some "classic" funk. Very easy on body but very flavorful. Moderate vinegar and earthy enough to make it feel pretty complex and hefty for abv. Drying funk in the finish

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022)

Great nose, big and sweet. Flavor follows with sweet maple up front. Darker look and flavor, more dark brown than the classic bastard mahogany. Easy drinking when cold, warmed up to some bittersweet toasted malts that distracted.

Kriek 100% Lambic (2014)

One of my favorite years and it's only gotten better. Lands super jammy with the classic funk touch growing with every sip.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

Nose has more coffee and roast, flavor is a nice sweet mix of chocolate, coffee, and maple that comes and goes, with warmth the coffee takes over.
