Sang Bleu (2023) Selden

Pours a deep amber-rouge color and produces a thick, foamy 2-3 finger height head. Aroma is dark fruit with bright funk and notes of floral, honey sweetness. Taste follows nose; fruit in front with a burst of bright acidity. Thick mouthfeel throughout.

Fou’ Foune (2022) Selden

Extremely well balanced. Bright, tart and acidic up front balanced by fruit notes of peach, apricot and nectarine.

Saint Lamvinus (2021) Selden

Perfect blend of a lambic and wine. Tannic with Cantillon character (farmhouse and funk).

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Selden

Thanksgiving 2021 beer - whoops. Definitely smells like Utopias.

Nath (2021) Selden

Cantillon flavor - barnyard, funk, intense earthy flavor paired to acidity and a vegetal character. Bright and zippy.

Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave Selden

It’s Cantillon but the beetroot is a bit too prominent (and I’m not the biggest fan of beets). Interesting concept though.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) Selden

Cracked on 4/3 at Monk’s Cafe. Not my favorite Cantillon, but it’s still Cantillon. Farmhouse, musty funk, earthy funk, hay, wet grass and a slight German hop character (Noble) sharpness. My taste may have been off slightly lol
