High carb, surprisingly good head for a gueuze. Lemon, lime, dried citrus peel, apricot, grape skin, tea-like herbal hops, horse blanket barnyard brett character. Bright medium+ acidity. Really tasty rustic gueuze ... and for $7 it’s unreal.

Sweet cherry juice aroma and flavour. Light acidity, bit of oak. Nice fruit forward beer.
