2-Year Unblended Oude Lambiek Robinson

After drinking an 14% ABV imperial stout, this initially tasted alcohol-free! 😅 Having allowed my taste buds to recover, though, I found this Lambiek to be very pleasant, with just the right level of alcohol to be very satisfying and refreshing.

Hallo Ich Bin Berliner Weisse Blueberry Robinson

Smooth, fresh, not overly tart. Seemed to taste a bit of raspberry as well as blueberry... 🤔

Can definitely get the fruit in this DIPA - gives it a quite unusual flavour when compared to a more standard DIPA. I prefer the more hoppy ones personally, but this is nice for a change.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2021) Robinson

A bit funky, but very fresh. Hints of sulphur in smell and taste, and lots of grassy dryness. I think this would pair perfectly with a good strong cheese.

Nath (2022) Robinson

Loved this - lots of rhubarb funk on the nose and even more rhubarb flavour when drinking it. Delicious.
