Sweeter than I anticipated. Lots of cherry 🍒 My mother would love this.

Founders Porter(2023) Ivy

1yr old v. fresh side by side. Slight victory to 2023 for more balance and better bottle art.

Dirty Bastard (2023) Ivy

Evening nightcap by the fire. One of my favorites.

50°N-4°E Ivy

Old enough that the cork was a pain in the a$$, but still absolutely delicious. Not quite as tart as fresh but plenty of the barrel still present.

Vigneronne (2015) Ivy

Still quite tart and funky, but definitely beyond its peak.

Punkin Ale (2023) Ivy

Spices are nice, but the body seems less full than previous years. Can v bottle?

All Day IPA (2023) Ivy

Perfect beer for smoking ribs all day.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2016) Ivy

Aged beautifully. Funky, tart, and still well carbonated.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2017) Ivy

Now 6 years old. 5 years was the best. Needed the yeast and sediment to really bring back the raspberry. Still such a great lambic.

Fou' Foune Ivy

One of my all time favorite lambics. This is 2016 and now almost 7yo. The apricot has faded significantly and is starting to be overtaken by the acidity. Loved this most at 5years but won't change the rating.

Vigneronne (2016) Ivy

Beginning to lose its grape flavor but still plenty of tart funkiness.

All Day Chill Day Ivy

Pretty solid session. The classic All Day is probably still the best.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2016) Ivy

Has aged quite well.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2017) Ivy

Just keeps getting better with time! Still so much raspberry.

Dirty Bastard (2022) Ivy

No kids and no husband tonight. Just a date with a lovable bastard.

Saint Lamvinus (2016) Ivy

Like a fine wine, so much better with age.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2022) Ivy

I remember it being more malty. Still a damn well balanced DIPA.

Five years has really mellowed out the body. Still a nice funkiness with some acidic pear notes.

2015 vintage. The dark chocolate overpowers the vanilla a bit, but still super yummy.
