Oh wow.. this more like a wine than a beer, fruity with a dry finish, sour but the dryness makes it so it doesn’t linger.

Cantillon on tap!? Wow I’ve been away from Volo’s for too long. Sour and funky as expected. The sourness mellows as you drink it.

Kriek Boon Chung

Nice! Not too sour, nor too sweet. Nice cherry flavours.

Texas Ranger Chung

I’ve had this bottle for forever.. stamp on on the bottle cap is “B.B.D.L1 19/06/18”. The is spiciness is subtle a sort of tingle with a very slight burn in the finish. Seems quite oxidized in a cardboardy sort of way. A big gulp gives some roasty flavor

Burton Baton Chung

Omg.. bottled on 08/05/14 and as good as I remember it. Lightly oaky, sweet, rich, complex. Vaguely reminds me of an imperial pumpkin ale without the spices.
