KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021)
Eclipse beer!! Had to have something dark yet tasty and filled with wonder like an eclipse. Ok, that was a bit much. Anyways, super tasty stout with nice spices and warmth from the bourbon barrels. After cellaring it for a couple of years it is fantastic!

Christmas Beer 11: a gift from a wonderful person. This is fantastic beer! It’s got a lovely raspberry taste and nice tartness that is smooth and not overly acidic. This is a perfect beer to share on Christmas! March 11th 2021 bottling!

This was fantastic! Really loved it. Super delicious glad I got to try this version. The lambic goodness is all there in this one its one of my faves.

Oude Kriek Boon à L’Ancienne (2018)
Cabin Beer 42: Boon knows what they are doing and this Oude Kriek is no exception. Cellared for three years and it is wonderful. The tartness has mellowed and the cherry has become much more full bodied. Simply delicious!

A rainy day kind of beer with my favourite person. Possibly light struck but still tastes pretty damn delicious.
