Wow. Love this one. Tons of coffee and chocolate and boozy AF. Aged 4 years and seems to be nearly perfect, to me. Glad I have a few more of these!

120 Minute Ipa (2022) Williams

What the hell is this sorcery? So delicious! Obvious bitterness and piney hop notes with a malty backbone reminiscent of a barleywine. Yum!

KBS Blueberry Williams

Surprisingly tart, actually. Like chocolate covered blueberries, except the blueberries are not quite completely ripe. I enjoyed it, but it wasn't quite what I expected for that reason.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Williams

No maple to speak of, but loads of chocolate. Somehow still not sweet though. Enjoyed it!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Williams

Very interesting. I can see what it probably used to be, but now it's a highly complex aged stout with those classic features. A bit sweet with perhaps some prune, a bit winey, and thoroughly delicious.

60 Minute IPA Williams

Definitely not my favorite. Not terrible, but probably wouldn't order again.

Panther Cub (2021) Williams

Quite nice. Easy sipping. Not terribly boozy.
