Geuze Mariage Parfait (2004) K.

Malty funk, caramel, mild musty basement, grapefruit, and a hint of lemon-lime. Easy to drink; lots of life left.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) (+25% 4 Year Lambic) K.

The barrel components yield great flavors that go well beyond their regular gueuze blends, but there is next to no carbonation. Drinking very young now, but if it carbs up and some of the maltiness burns off, it could be stellar.

Nath (2018) K.

Fairly light, some funk, but rhubarb isn't my favorite adjunct, although I don't get the same sewer elements I got on 2017.

Lambic d'Aunis (2019) K.

Spectacular. Like St Lam but drier and more tannic; full of funk.

3/22/16 bottle date. Nice funk and some orange notes. Classic Cantillon; very drinkable.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2013) K.

Not as good as the last one I recently had; malty and a hint of skank. Going to stash my others away to open far down the line.
