Richness without being too much everything. Some vanilla, plenty of coffee. Sweetness not cloying. Plenty of darkness there too.

Fruity mineral funk. Acidity and dryness. Surprisingly sweet on opening it when cold. Haven’t had one in a decade.

Smooth and plenty of maple still. Some heat. Cofffee mellow and chocolate Grenache is there fir us approved. A classic and just the rite amount of age.
