First post-covid check-in. I haven't been able to taste/smell for a while, but I'm starting to notice more nuances now. Not confident with my rating, it would be fun to try this beer again a few months from now to see if I notice anything different ^_^

I am not a fan of Mikkeller's Black, and this if heavily influenced by the Black base. Not a bad beer, but just not an excellent beer beer.

It's been a while since I had the San Diego version, but this one definitely tastes more bitter (I'm guessing de molen did this, as usual in Europe?) - for me San Diego clearly wins this unofficial beer geek brunch "battle" 😁
