Tht 11-5-24 heerlijk zacht, zuur is bijna weg, weinig co2, zoetige kersen. Met pure bounty. Een verse kriek doet meer met deze combinatie.

Boa formação de espuma, mas pouco persistente. Aroma frutado, doce e com notas fortes de cereja. Além de um leve dulçor. No sabor, um toque adocicado das cerejas aparece logo de cara, não chega a ser enjoativo, talvez pelo equilíbrio da acidez

Right, seems like the optimum age for these is three years, no more. It retains all the cherry flavour, plus a touch of the sharpness and a hint of sweetness. It's the closest I can think of to an actual cherry. Excellent stuff!
