This is a fantastic RIS. Full of smoky spice and molasses on the nose adding rich bitter dark chocolate on the palate. Outstanding!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Hamilton

The chocolate and maple syrup really stand out, but remain well balanced against the coffee stout. Dry finish. Excellent and delicious!

Panther Cub (2021) Hamilton

Nice vanilla and maple contributions to the bourbon aging. The porter becomes a little 'candied' and reminds me of root beer. Still good, and a worthy brew.
