Definately spiced, not fermentation esters. The beer is kind of hidden behind the spices, instead of the spices supporting the beer. It's tastes kind of flat (not CO2 fault).

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Lewis
It's still a little cold, but all I'm getting is bourbon. Even as it warms, still just bourbon. Once it gets up to "almost too warm", I start trasting vanilla. It goes through to "too warm" quickly. I think it needs precise temp controls.
