Surprised I haven't checked this in before. A bit of an almondy nose, quite sweet with not quite enough sharpness in the finish. Maybe I should stick to Oude Kriwk

Geuze Boon Sélection Clark

Sweet-sour. Herbs and bitter orange, tart. Bitterness on the finish

Ich Bin Raspberry Clark

Not as nice as yesterday's passion fruit beer. Not as much raspberry as expected

Passion Pool Clark

Lots of passion fruit. Sharp, fruity, a little salt and a dry finish

Inner Space Clark

Rich and fruity, a bit boozy, dry spicy hops. Not quite as bitter as you might expect

Oude Geuze Boon (2018-2019) Clark

Slightly sweet initially, good lambic nose and flavour. Dry and spritzy on the finish

Kriek Boon (2020) Clark

A very pretty pink colour. Lots of cherry flavour, some cherry stone, finishes drier but not very sharp

Oude Geuze Boon (2018-2019) Clark

Initially slightly sweet followed by that archetypal lambic flavour. Lemony sharp with foisty, herby and bitter hops

Iris (2000) Clark

Bitter seville orange, some sweeter marmalade flavours with lambic funk. Some astringency on the finish with haunting hop aromas and some bitterness. Surprisingly well conditioned for a 20 year old beer.

All Day IPA Clark

A pleasant lunchtime beer in the sun

Rosé de Gambrinus Clark

A bit of lambic funk on the nose, followed by tart raspberries, just a touch of sweetness with a long fruit finish, slightly tannic. Superb as ever.
