Sparkling red wine, light funk, decent acidity - just a great balance there. Awesome.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) A

Bitter chocolate, roast and booze. Not really up to where it used to be.

Light acidity, easygoing and just a treat.

Parhelion A

Tropical bubble gum in the nose and fkavor. Light bitterness, fruity and feels a tad bit old.

Brokilde Brown A

Simple brown ale. Which is not a bad thing.

Iron Throne Wit A

Soft mouthfeel with full on herbal bitterness. Better than I thought.

North German Pils A

Bready with noble hops. Pint size material.

Imperial Cake A

Cocoa filled impy, dark and vicious but actually nicely balanced and not too sweet.

Where is the horseman? Coffee and supposedly also maple syrup in the taste.

Hibiscus Brett Saison A

Totally flat, would really benefit from some carbonation. Funky brett and hibiscus flavor still there.

Heavy and thick NEIPA, quite boozy and not that elegant.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) A

Funky musty earthy nose. Superbly balanced, funk and barnyard, light and pleasant acidity. Bliss.

Deep Passion Pool A

Passion fruit juice, can dregs so extra intense passion fruit here. Refreshing and tasty, just not really feeling like beer.
