This is a quenching beer. Floral with a hint of citrus. Just malty enough not to turn bitter. Yum yum.

Kriek Mariage Parfait Allen

Really tasty. I get tart (slightly sour) cherry like a good cherry pie, but also some mustiness that you get from a quad. This works for me.

Hazy-O! Allen

This is interesting. It's like if you cross a brut IPA with a grapefruit hazy IPA. It's got a subtle grapefruit perfume aroma, but the taste is dry, bready, and smooth. I much prefer this over a regular hazy IPA.

Dirty Bastard Allen

Very underwhelming. Comes across quite malty, almost grassy. There's a ruby tinge to it, but doesn't quite make up for it. Good if you want a strong lager.

120 Minute IPA Allen

So damn good. Sweet with a nice bitter finish. Reminds me of a hoppy take on an English bitter cask ale. Celebrating the crushing of tech debt.
