Not as hot as I wanted, and more bitter than I expected. Does not hold up to the M&M cookies. Weirdly carbonated for a stout. I don’t hate it; it’s just not what I wanted/expected.

Caraxes

Thinking about, drinking about, talking about Dragonfruitflight. Made it into a Sindramosa. Our pathetic tastebuds did not betray us. (Honestly, champagne balances it way more than on its own, with its hoppy hints. Also MAKE DRAGONFRUIT A FLAVORPROFILE!)

French Toast Bastard

What a bastard! It’s so sweet and so deep. Real thin, though. Just booooooooooooozy. Damn.

Chocolate Cherry KBS

Very strong, very chocolate, not as much cherry as I would’ve liked.

Rübæus

I was so worried about the Raspberry, a year after I discovered my hated of it in beers, but thankfully, this still slaps.

Where the Wild Hops Are

Dogfish IPAs are better than most IPAs. Still IPAs though.

Trandoshan Ale

Better than average wheat beer, a little floral and fruity sweet?

Grolsch Premium Lager

Crisp. Clean. Neat. Just a sharp freshness, even if a little plain, like every Walmart American lager off the shelf.

KBS Hazelnut

It’s so deep. It’s so dark. What a coffee. What a stout.

Dirty Bastard

Sits like a hot nickel ball in my stomach, but it at least takes slightly better than I remembered.

Rübæus

Might be the smoothest beer I’ve had since first tasting a Boddington’s. That creamy Nitro head really slaps, and it’s so easy downing this mellow berry flavor. A+

KBS Espresso

So strong, so dark, so rich, and spiced to all hell. Cinnamon, gingerbread, molasses coffee. Boozy and thick and deep and insane. Really good, but I’m having a hard time even making it through just one because the flavor is SO intense.

KBS

Super thick and rich, somewhere between molasses and soy sauce with lingering aftertaste, but a nicely-balanced salty sweetness.

120 Minute IPA

Holy shit. Do I *like* my first IPA? Wtf. This is almost just straight hoppy liquor, like a spicy bourbon or something. It’s insane, and I’m not sure whether or not to be upset that I somewhat enjoy this. I guess this $18 Christmas present was worth it.

Camp-Fire Amplifier

Wasn’t what I planned on having next (ending with?) but when the owner is trying to empty the keg and walks up saying, “Free beer,” you fucking drink the free beer.

Punkin Ale

A really good pumpkin one to possibly end the fall seasonalal offerings with. A little bitter but it’s Dogfish so what can ya do?

Camp-Fire Amplifier

Not as sweet as I expected, but it’s a great stout.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa

Okay I know I just said that last stout was my favorite, and that stands, but if this one had come first, I’d be going back on my word. Close second.

Whiskey Sour

Tasty. Almost zero carbonation, but a nice simple sour. Does taste a lot like the real drink.

SeaQuench Ale

Absolutely beautiful that this is after those first ones.
