Magic Lambic C

Raspberry forward with big juiciness but there's that slightly dry, earthy pucker of blueberry and just a hint of the vanilla on the finish as it warms.

Oude Geuze Boon (2016-2017) C

Tamed way down, almost easy-drinking, mildly tart lemon, green apple, and straw.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2019) C

The raspberry comes through juicy and bright for 4 years old with low acidity and pleasantly sour.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles C

Latertappd. Unique, restrained tartness and funk in the lambic, with big pepper up front that compliments the juicy grapefruit that dominates the body.

Saint Lamvinus 2020 C

The merlot grapes bring distinct notes of earthy cassis, raspberry, cherry, and plum with a dry, meaty finish. Softly tart, barely any acidity, this is a super jammy lambic.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2021) C

Carb's a bit excessive for being fresh, but super drinkable. As someone else said, it ticks all the boxes of a straightforward geueze.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio C

I swear every lambic I have on draft is softer and a little mellower. Sweet barnyard funk, a little floral elderflower and dry green apple.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) C

The fresh raspberry is still coming through strong with that underlying acedic sour and barnyard funk.

Vigneronne (2019) C

Sweet white grape, peach, a floral note that I'm thinking might be elderflower and some pleasant minerality compliment that classic dry vinous, green apple and hay of the lambic that follows.

BB 2017. You get those cherry and maple syrup flavours coming through nicely, but a bit too sweet and time + the booziness has it verging on cough syrup.

Mamouche (2020) C

Earthy and floral, the elderflower still comes through nice and prominent. Woody acidity that is quite soft for its youth with some lemon balm, green olive and dry green tea. The complexity overcomes my 'meh' feelings toward elderflower.

US Alive! C

Still some life (and hoppiness) in it. A lot more malty sweetness than I expected with grapefruit, stone fruits and lots of bretty influence.

Fou' Foune C

2018 bottle. Tarter than I remember fresh, with that Cantillon funk, green apple and dry white grape but left a bit long for the fruit, as the apricot comes through faintly on the finish and disappears fairly quick.
