Pours black with a redish tint medium red/brown head. Nose is red berries, raspberry jam, acidity. Taste is sour apples, red berries, chocolate, candy. Quite sour but refreshing.

Pours almost clear amber with a small off white head. Nose is faint whisky like smoke, dark chocolate, grain. Taste: watery chocolate, a little copper, not much smoke. Overall: A bit watery, not a big smoke fan but thats not a problem here. A food beer.

Pours almost black with a big tan head. Nose is heavy roasted, dark chocolate, coffee, bread. Taste is quite sweet, coffee, chocolate, a little salt, a little oily. Overall a very nice full porter or stout.

Pours almost clear amber with a small quick gone head. Nose is faint elderflower, grain, appel. Taste is crisp, some toffee, quite dry, alcohol is well hidden (cold). Overall well balanced but bit neutral.

Pours almost clear, apple juice yellow with a small white head. Nose is heavy pine, korriander, green herbs. Taste: Crisp, green herbs, a little melon, light bitterness. Overall: Not my favorite notes, but drinkable and balanced.

Pours murky honey yellow with a medium white head. Nose: Grape juice, passion fruit, light malts, herbs. Taste: Fresh, quite dry, grass. Overall: Quite refreshing, could drink more.

Pours opaque light orange with a big white head. Nose: A little pinapple, light malts. Taste: A little honey melon, tangerine, orange zest, a little dry with a little sweetness. Overall: Clean fresh and drinkable.

Pours very dark brown with a quick gone head. Nose: Roasted, raisin, molasse, sugar, vanilla. Taste: Sweet, burned sugar, a little acidity, prunes Overall: A little sweet and 'sour' stout - not bad but not a favorite.

Pours very dark with a medium tan head. Nose: Dark chocolate, fudge, vanilla, lactose. Taste: Bittersweet chocolate, roaste malts, coffee, a bit watery. Overall: Fine taste but a bit to light and watery in a stout for me.
