Gorgeous, full-bodied, and resinous. Not too sweet. Bitterness lingers, enticing you back. Floral notes. Doesn’t strike as hard as the name suggests - much more balanced. Held up well as a pre-COVID release. Share beer.

American Dream Dry-Hopped H

Safety and decency first, that’s my American dream. Leave bitterness where it belongs - in the glass. Old school. Plenty of pine. Drinks fuller bodied than expected.

Iskold Classic H

Feeling a bit unsteady: find a corner. Opens sweet - honey toasted malt. Bitter builds but doesn’t overwhelm. Drinks smooth, mellow and old school.

Organic German Pilsner H

Plenty of hops. Drinks dry, slightly heavy and bitter - classic German-style. Pleasant for an afternoon celebration of a friend’s quarantine release.

Clean, light, clear Idaho. Nice bitterness. Plenty of floral notes. Best cold. Solid session.

Steering clear of the event horizon (and associated science), the Improbability Drive collapses into a crisp, light and fruity brew. Plenty of flavor. A bit of British biscuit as we await the new bypass. No worries about spills: we have towels. 42
