Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Beer
2021 Edition, not the best flat Lambic I've had, their Gueuze is in my opinion the better choice since the carbonation helps the flavors or the Oude Lambiek from De Cam.

Nelson Sauvin Brut Mango Passion Beer
Much more sour and tang, still real earthy and peppery. Solid foundation, but a hair sweeter with the sour making it just a wonderful Blend.

Just freaking amazing. Not as much tart, but lots of body and amazing funk! Very earthy and peppery as well. 😍🤓

Personal favorite of mine so if course it gets 5 Stars! Bottle is from the 26 of June 2020 having had it bottle condition. For two days shy of 18 months. Excellent is putting it lightly!

Okay, so it's full of Raspberry goodness and has the smell of your typical sour, but was super smooth with a soft kick. Really great second beer of the night! 💯 🙌🏽

Kriek Marriage Parfait (2019) Beer
Great sour tang, thinner than a 3fonteinen Kriek, of course you have the cherry, but also the wooly farmhouse taste that Boon also has in their Oude Geuze Mariage Parfait. However, that taste is a lot milder hear, due to the cherries and very carbonated.

Solid Lambic foundation, with tang and Funk slightly present, but a very dominant sweetness and aroma from the cherries. Not as complex in flavor, but still a decent beer. A good Lambic for people to start experimenting with and seeing if they like them.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2017) Beer
Definitely a good gueze. Love the "farm / horse blanket" taste. Not as many interesting notes as my favorite Cuvée, but still a great taste and a good kick. Really refreshing and full, but smooth. Kicks any lager in the teeth, but I'm a sucker for sours!!
