Bright, tasty, unique for an IPA, and for a light beer

Slightly Mighty C.

Nose: hoppy, floral aromatic. Taste: hoppy with a bit of malt and toasty grain. Finish: holds palate well, fades gradually, no bitter end. Overall tastes much better than most light beers.

Slightly Mighty C.

Nose: biscuity, almost sweet. Taste: hoppy, full palate, fizzy, would pair well with fall foods. Finish: malt comes through, grain, not bitter (good thing).

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) C.

Nose: maple 🍁 coffee ☕ Taste: medium palate, boozy, malt, ☕ with banana 🍌 notes (possible liquor barrel?) Finish: holds palate, a little bitter throughout

French Toast Bastard C.

Nose: maple, biscuity 🍁 🍪 Taste: boozy, roasted, Finish: bitter dark mocha Overall: I loved the 2019 variety and was looking forward to this, but wasn't so much to my taste.

French Toast Bastard (2019) C.

Nose: maple syrup, hint of malt. Taste: mocha, creamy, biscuity, maple syrup 🍁. Finish: retains palate, definitely reminiscent of french toast. I really hope this stays on tap until my bastard lumberjack professor friend can try it!

KBS Espresso (2019) C.

Nose: coffee. Taste: straightforward coffee with a hint of cream. Finish: roasted coffee with cacao nibs (dark chocolate). Full palate of coffee and cream. No sweetness or bitterness.

Imperial Stout C.

Nose: mocha. Taste: boozy, fizzy, mocha, malt, hint of molasses. Finish: smokey, roasted coffee comes out. Holds palate, keeps a "fresh" flavor (not bitter).

Punkin Ale C.

Nose is gentle, hints of ginger and caramel. Taste is more pronounced: ginger and nutmeg up front, full palate reminiscent of pumpkin, hint of cinnamon. Noticeable absence of clove which brings this to the top of my pumpkin spice love list! Mild finish

SeaQuench Ale C.

Nose: fruity and uplifting. Taste: grapefruity, fizzy, refreshing sour. Finish: Sour holds the palate, smooth finish

60 Minute IPA C.

Nose: mild hops, straightforward. Taste: good fizz, strong hops with citrus notes. Generous fizz and mouthfeel. Finish: dank-er hops, strong but not bitter
