Apricot quite subtle, but it also makes this quite a mellow lambic and gives a bit of body. Still a cracking lambic

Lovely to see this on draft, nice but subtle bile flavour! But as labics go easy drinker and nice to have it in its pure form without loads of fruit adjuncts (not that I don't like a fruity lambic!)

Can't go wrong with a boon. This time 5 years ago I has this in bruges..ans it was probably thr most boring beer of that trip. But still excellent! Been a long time since but whilist in a Belgian bar..on the cusp of England why not

Scour Scandinavia Spontan Seabuckthorn L

Pretty fermented, not an easy drinker but for me still enjoyable, sea buckthorn doesn't have enough of a flavour to cover or hide the fermentedness like some of the spontans so not for the wimps bit I enjoyed it
