Tastes like a big Pilsner. Very clean and crisp, with big tropical hop notes. Initial guess is Nelson Sauvin hops, but could be other NZ hops. Is a big Pilsner all a cold IPA is?

Lazy Luau Miller

Advertised as Piña Colada vibes, it hits those marks. Sabro hops provide that excellent coconut flavor and I love seeing El Dorado hop that seems underutilized. Very drinkable beer that makes you ready for the beach.

Eightfold Math Miller

Bright tasting beer that just leaves a bit of a "soapy" aftertaste. The combination of monk fruit, like and other citrus flavors may contribute to that. Good start, just little off the mark to my taste buds.

Time Immemorial Miller

Aroma had me slightly worried as the PNW hops that give citrus and piney aroma can lead to off flavors (to me). This WC IPA hits the right notes that. Incredible balance with moderate bitterness that leads to a smooth WC IPA.

Under the Quiet Sun Miller

A Simcoe beer that I like! Great brewers use Simcoe well, but many don't. The spicy rye character balances the piney Simcoe perfectly and the added sage aroma is fantastic. Refreshing and smooth.
