Went for a walk after work, and guess where I ended up? Nice rye IPA with a sturdy dose of white sage - Moreso on the nose for me; for my perambulatory coxswain accompanying me on the walkabout, it was all in the taste…Couldn’t smell a thing.

A Simcoe beer that I like! Great brewers use Simcoe well, but many don't. The spicy rye character balances the piney Simcoe perfectly and the added sage aroma is fantastic. Refreshing and smooth.
