Boozy, strong and sweet…but smooth enough to be fairly easy drinking

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter Siebert
Suckered by a new label. Honestly, wasn’t feeling it as much this time around.

Hazelnut comes to life as this warms up, but don’t expect this to be a Nutella like chocolate coffee stout. It’s more subtle than that, and should never be bothered with below cellar temp.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Siebert
As a variation, this one might be a little more mild. The cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa come through in waves. Boozy and utterly smooth

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) Siebert
Roasty, boozy, and heavy on the chocolate.

Dry, tart, grainy rye mixed with the ripe, almost fermented blueberries…quite complex

Mas Agave Clasica: Lime Siebert
A margarita with hops. Heavy on the lime, not loaded with tequila, but it packs in the flavors

I’ve had 3 of these in the past month or so...but keep missing the check in. Loads of raspberry really hit their peak tart-wine-ish flavor at cellar temp. Wonderful beer for that time you want to look like you’re drinking wine

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Siebert
As I’m about to finish this bottle, I turned to Untappd to upgrade whatever insufficient grade I had given the beer in the past. Oh, 4.5. Yeah, that’s accurate. Just so smooth, roasty, boozy and just sweet enough to feel indulgent.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Siebert
Maple-y Sweet, smooth and boozy. Cocoa and roasted coffee. If this doesn’t beg to be drunk in front of a fire on a snowy night...

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Siebert
Sweet, boozy....easily amongst the best of Browns.
