Beautiful amber colour, zero head. Puckering sour grapes aroma, apple and raw peaches. Oak cask aging brings dry, woody notes to the sour and fruity flavor. Moderate carbonation and sourness. Elegant and vinous.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie Est Belge (2020) V

Sour and zesty, brown sugary aroma. Zero carbonation, wine-like sticky mouthfeel. Acidic but mainly on the aftertaste, which isn’t that great. Plum and grapes on the flavor, apple and blood orange playing a minor role. Expected a bit more.

Mamouche (2023) V

Thicc foam for a gueuze. Not so sour aroma, warm and fruity with the elderflower clearly there. Crystal clear gueuze flavor profile, refreshing and nuanced.

Sovs V

Looks good on the Haze-a-Scale. Citrusy fresh aroma, grapefruit and peach. Juicy fruit flavors that lean towards sour. A no-nonsense neipa, which is enough - a redeemer. How much was the Advent Calendar again?

Mild and floral. Almost zero aroma. But they played DOOM’s Lemon Grass so +0.25 for that.

Stereo Mono: Strata V

Grassy aroma, resinous melon and dried pineapple. Herbal and grassy flavors, cantaloupe, smooth mouthfeel and leaves a sticky feeling. Crushable 🥊

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) V

Difficult to compare to the 2017 edition. Because I can’t remember shit from that. 🤌

Orbital Movement V

SPDF ⚛️ Lovely fragrant fruit aroma of pineapple and honeydew. Properly hazy, mineral-like pineapple flavor. Creamy mouthfeel, and no apparent hop bite. Lacks danger, but this is pretty damn enjoyable for a 3,99e brew 😳

Batch 1000 V

Immensely fruity/flowery aroma, citrusy and lavender. Clear, no head. Indeed a dry mouthfeel and a bit pointy. Zesty lemon, grass. Got what I expected 👍💯0

Planetarisk Tåge V

Ripe pineapple, mango and passionfruit aroma and flavor. Properly hazy and fairly thicc. Grassy and bitter aftertaste. Quality stuff 🪐
