120 Minute IPA (2017) S.

Ok a seven year old keg and I can't resist...even if I should. I mean it isn't a bad beer, but it's a malty,.boozy, heavy pour.

120 Minute IPA (2017) S.

Well, never been a big 120 min fan, but a six year old keg? Why not? Still a malt bomb but here it is not trying to be something else. Not half bad...a booze bomb!!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) S.

No clue what year...good coffee presence alongside the subtle maple. Good pour...

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge S.

Tons of thick creamy chocolate fudge. Roasty coffee notes as well. Missing any hint of maple, but doesn't detract from a delicious drink

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter S.

Nose and especially flavor ring true to expectations. Nice Chery notes. Easy drinking for ABV

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) S.

This is a very good pour, but the "Canadian" aspect is an afterthought

Big Luscious (2020) S.

Description spot on to include the burnt coffee notes. A bit more raspberry forward is only deviance. Pretty good balance here, this drinks more intense than the ABV would suggest. Good drink overall

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) S.

Great nose...coffee is the main player but the sweet maple and chocolate notes make it well rounded. Inviting. More coffee than maple on the palate with chocolate in-between. Nose is the champ here. Needed to warm a bit to appreciate. Solid!

Walking Run S.

Solid stuff on cask. Good bittering hops on nose and palate. Easy drinking. Feel like I'm at the corner pub.

Underground Mountain Brown S.

Strong coffee nose is very inviting. Flavor a mild disappointment as it didn't have much depth and was somewhat muted. Nothing offensive. Easy drinking. Just wanted more complexity

KBS Espresso S.

Well, no mistaking the coffee here...dayum. Almost forget it's beer there's so much espresso up front. Some barrel flavors do round it out. Base is better but this was an enjoyable pour

KBS S.

Unsure of vintage. This was impressive. Far exceeded the side by side CBS. Tons of coffee, chocolate, and wood and booze on the edges. Delicious!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) S.

Unsure vintage...a very good, incredibly smooth stout. Have had this before and was amazed by the maple but felt quite muted here. Didn't detract, but also didn't wow...

KBS S.

Eleven years, properly cellared. Nary a whisper upon cracking. Dark chocolate, mild coffee, and booze dominate a beautiful nose. Flavor still delicious, albeit past it's prime. Smooth chocolate and bourbon with some good wood flavors. Always enjoyable
