Nice Christmas dinner and celebration with family. Smoothed out after aging and was already smooth. Great.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

Merry Christmas. Still a solid mix of chocolate and coffee. I would root for more fudge but still very good. Always good to have a breakfast beer on Xmas.

Bitter punch that threw me off relative to other beers had before but grew on me as it went. Good shit.

I dig it. Hazelnut overpowers the coffee and that is good for me. Had a nice pour for a sipper on sunset cruise

Bottled on 12.17.20. This is ridiculously good and better than I remember and I remembered liking it a lot.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Last night. Been really wanting this. More coffee than I was hoping for and less chocolate/fudge and bourbon. Still very good but was hoping for a bit better. Probably age a few and see if coffee smooths.

Imperial Stout (2016)

Happy day 3 of Beersmas. I can’t find a year on this so estimating. Big smell when poured and still big taste. Aged well. Big, chewy, dark stout, no head. Nice night cap.

Breakfast Stout (2015)

On the second day of beersmas, breaking out a well aged 2015. And yes there is a baby on the front. Smoothed out, not much coffee, not much punch of anything, nice easy stout. Aged too long.
