Outdoor grilling with the only yellow bubbly I need. Cantillon and grape lambics are a never ending joy. So glad I was online at the right time to grab this from the Fall pack. Great last beer for 2021.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) H

This is fine. Adjuncts dominate the thin base beer so this could easily just be any other cinnamon/coffee/vanilla stout. Zero barrel. Beers like this really make you appreciate what a great job breweries like bottle logic and angry chair do.

Finally a good reason to crack this beauty (just a Monday night dinner with way out of town friends before they leave again). Moldy, earthy, wooden funk, just the way you expect this to be. Just a perfect beer in almost every way.
